Avinash co-manages the valuation practice of EquitAdvisors and brings with him a rich experience of 13 years in the area of Valuation.

 

His valuation experience encompasses Business Valuation, Purchase Price Allocation, Complex Security Valuation, Incremental Borrowing Rates, Employee Stock Option Plan valuation, etc. across various industries.

Avinash is passionate about building teams of expert professionals to create exceptional client experiences and creating a network ecosystem. Prior to joining EquitAdvisors, Avinash was a Manager with WithumSmithBrown India in the Valuations team. Avinash is a Chartered Financial Analyst and MBA.

As a part of community service and spreading spiritual and yoga awareness, he conducts yoga sessions regularly and has led yoga camps for international yoga day celebrations.
